By placing an order, the buyer confirms acceptance of these terms, the delivery terms, the return policy and the privacy policy.

1. Seller and contact details

Tectronis sells IT equipment and supplies IT solutions in Armenia. Contact: info@tectronis.am, +374 33 898985. The seller’s legal and payment details are provided in the order confirmation and transaction documents.

2. Products and prices

Key specifications, price, availability, warranty and any additional charges are shown on the product page, during checkout or in an individual quotation. The total amount payable is displayed before confirmation. If there is an obvious technical error or a change in availability, Tectronis will contact the buyer and offer a correction, replacement or full cancellation.

3. Placing an order

The buyer must provide accurate name, telephone, email and delivery details. A payment obligation arises only after the final amount has been displayed and confirmed. Order acceptance is confirmed on the website or by electronic message.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed in ACBA Bank’s secure payment environment using ArCa, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards when available. Tectronis does not receive or store the full card number or CVV/CVC. Payment is completed only after the bank confirms a successful status. For an interrupted or unsuccessful transaction, the buyer should verify any charge with the card-issuing bank.

5. Delivery and fulfilment

The delivery method, timing and cost are disclosed before order confirmation and are further governed by the Delivery and Ordering page. Timing may be confirmed separately depending on availability and supply conditions.

6. Inspection and warranty

On receipt, the buyer should check quantity, external condition and visible damage. Claims concerning defects, non-conformity or warranty are handled under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, the manufacturer’s warranty and the documents supplied.

7. Cancellation and returns

Order cancellation, product return and refund terms are described in the Return and Order Cancellation Policy.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed to fulfil the order, arrange delivery, confirm payment and communicate with the buyer under the Privacy Policy. Card data is processed by the bank.

9. Business orders

For legal entities and entrepreneurs, an individual quotation, contract or invoice may establish additional or different terms. Statutory consumer rights apply where the buyer acts as a consumer.

10. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the Republic of Armenia apply. The parties should first seek resolution by contacting info@tectronis.am. Unresolved disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law.
